Ms. Anusha Arun has taken charge of the complete rebuild and redesign of our apartment at Pebble Bay in Bangalore. This was a complex assignment involving joining 2 apartments into a single unit which required a reallocation of internal spaces, demolition of walls and completely redoing the interiors, including flooring, electricals, plumbing, furniture etc. I found her and her team to be extremely competent and capable. Their scope of work included the design concept, renditions, engineering drawings, tendering with various contractors, and bringing in specialist consultants for electrical, civil, HVAC, etc. The work also included selection and coordination with the various agencies who carried out the works and the entire project management and supervision.

What we really liked was the great deal of personal interest that Anusha took in the project and her competence in both design & concept, as well as the handling of the technical part of the assignment. She also handled coordination with various external agencies including the building society, getting sanctions from BESCOM and other organizations as needed.

While the assignment is still work in progress, I would have no hesitation in saying that our experience with Anusha and her team has been very pleasant and satisfying.
